Join me for a beautiful gathering to mark the winter solstice. We will share a lovely cacao ceremony, set intentions and relax into a beautiful guided yoga Nidra meditation to restore the nervous system. The evening will close with a sacred fire ritual on the stunning tranquil grounds of Sweetfarm.
